Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

Hi, I just bought The Sims 3 Supernatural, but when I tried to downloaded, it said installation error everytime. What should I do?
