"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

Help! My sims 4 app won't download anymore. I tried downloading it again after buying the newest expansion pack, and when I click download it takes me to a screen saying "repairing" and then gives me a little box saying that something went wrong. I reached out to EA chat, and the issue still isn't fixed.

I tried clearing cache, restarting the app, uninstalling and installing it again, and chatting with EA. Does anyone know what else I should do?
