Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up.

This has been an issue for more than a month, and now the work-around of using Origin has been blocked so I am back to asking for help.
My unique point that I have not seen in any other post I've viewed is regarding Multi-User LAN access.
Here is what I am seeing now.

"Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem."
-- 2023 Jun general circumstances --
LAN multiplayer use access of EA app online
single user evening access of EA app online
-- details of when seen --
1. two users start at same time on same LAN - both get this error
2. second user on the LAN start while a first user is already online - second gets this error
3. online first user then shut down and second user that was unable to connect reboot, then connect, no error
4. high volume access time, and - everyone gets this error
We are in BC Canada on teksavvy Internet Service == 18Mbps download and 2.4MBps upload
Any ideas or suggestions of what to do to test this further, or fix it correctly?

Note since the first message, I have tried the computers on an alternate LAN with the identical results.
- BC Canada on Shaw Internet (New Westminster residence) with similar network speeds

CLOSE/EXIT the EA APP once you see your library isn't loading.
OPEN TASK MANAGER on PC.
SEARCH the list of BACKGROUND PROCESSES and look for EA BACKGROUND SERVICE - End that task.
Now re-open your EA APP.
Your library should show itself loaded.
