Hey @JamesFraserNZ can you ensure that when launching EA Desktop you are doing so as administrator.


I tested my EA Desktop there and able to download games so what you are seeing is most likely a system issue.

@EA_Darko hey i got the issue that my games is not in library, how can I solve it? I had done to clear the cache also, but it is same thing.

           I have the same problem, and I have had it for months now. I want to add that I am using windows 11, I have ran in admin mode, I have reset the cache, and I have reinstalled the app many times. If I install the old Origin app, all of my games will download and work. Nothing works in the new EA App. I have access to Game Pass Ultimate for PC which includes EA Play, but I can't play any game from it through the EA App. 

          I wish people would add if they are using Windows 10 or Windows 11 if they have fixed the problem.
