I am also having this problem today. The app is not showing my Sims 3 or Sims 4 games at all, and the yellow message bar across the top says "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem." Sims 4 does not show in my library (it says I have three games in my library, but it does not show what they are and I can not click on them or do anything with them) and when I go into offline mode, it says it "couldn't connect to servers" even though my internet connection is working fine.
I tried clearing the cache following the instructions for EA app, Window 10, but it did not fix the problem. I tried logging out and logging back in. I tried shutting computer down and restarting. None of these things work. I am unable to play Sims 4 online OR offline.
