I have that problem, too. I haven't had access to my games for 4 games now.
I contacted support in several different ways.
The first response I got was from a bot offering tips to solve a completely different problem.
The second I got was from EA's customer service, who told me that I should download the EA Launcher and play my games from there.
I'm getting really pissed off with this, as it was forced upon us.
- 3 years ago@Funky_nessie did you fix it? Mine was fine yesterday, now battlefield is gone. Clearing cache and run as an admin doesnt work

@RamboFirstBlood2
I have not.
I ran the updater and got access to my content for an evening. It was gone again the next day.I finally got through to the EA help chat, and they are apparently aware of the issue and doing what they can to fix it. There was no estimate of how long it would take or anything to tide us over.
I've even tried to uninstall the app so I could reinstall it to see if that would work, but the thing keeps encountering an error and won't leave my computer!
There is an executive out there somewhere who pulled the trigger on a product that wasn't ready with a serious need of my boot up their butt.
Mef.
- 3 years ago@Funky_nessie i was getting the same error trying to uninstall, but somehow it managed to uninstall :D now it works fine
- 3 years ago@Funky_nessie So what I did was close out of the app entirely and then go into program files/Electronic Arts and do the EAUpdater executable. Here's a link I found that details it with pics too. Pretty sad EA and it's admins/community people can't even explain this in any forum I've visited before trying this on my own.
