I was able to fix my bug buy repairing the EA App, I'm not sure where the option is but hopefully it helps someone.

Is it still working after you’ve restarted your computer?
Because I did this, too, and it stopped working again when I started my pc the next day.

      @Alistu You’re a braver person than I. I haven’t powered down my laptop in about a week now, fearful that it’ll once again be unavailable.
