Ok so, I have made another complaint about this but the mod said it had been solved!! Anyway, whatever game I download through ea play (i got it through Xbox game pass) it says This game is unavailable You are not eligible to play this game. I have followed every vid, nothing. I'm downloading it through ea desktop, I've done a clean boot, I've restarted IVE DONE EVERYTHING!!! Please help
After noticing most people having this problem were located in Australia I had an idea and it worked. Use a VPN to install the game. Any old VPN should do the trick and I just connected to USA
it might just be me this appears to not have worked like i thought i would and it is stuck on calculating time before the download has started but hey its a step in the right direction to finding out why this is happening in the first place
@EA_DarkoI have the same issue with Star wars Battlefront 2, I'm using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I am in Queensland Australia
Community ManagerHey @MutherRussia69 have you tried the steps suggested in this thread that worked for other users?
Darko
Hey Darko. I cant download NFS Heat can you help me?
Thanks 🙂
I used tunnel bear because you get 5 gigs free and as soon as I started the download I turned it off and the download continued.
I think i have found the solution. After struggling with this for over a year now i decided to change my vpn location to America or united states and it worked instantly. Hopefully this helps.
