Is the other NFS game one you own through Steam or was it purchased from EA  @mastGGL?

@EA_Darko    The game in the red box will prompt an error, and the game in the green box can run normally. Can you help me solve it? Online help is useless, steam support can't be refunded, and ea support doesn't know what to do. I can't play the game
