Time limit pop-ups in EA app when limits set to Unlimited

Summarize your bug Beginning today, I am getting pop-ups every 10 minutes telling me I am over my playtime limit. In the Settings section, under "My playtime" in the "Playtime controls" section the current limits for both Weekdays and Weekends are Unlimited so I should not be getting these pop-ups. It started after I played 4 hours of The Sims 4.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the EA app and have the playtime limits for Weekdays and Weekends set to Unlimited.
What happens when the bug occurs? A pop-up appears telling me I am over my limits by 11 hours and x minutes. It started at 20 and goes up in 10 minute increments.
What do you expect to see? No pop-ups at all.

Nope, not fixed and I appreciate this feed! Minus their workaround to "disable" it is STILL AN ANNOYING ISSUE.

I had played Sims since Sims 1 before you had to use the EA app! I have played Sims 4 since it launched, just like the previous versions, and until the last few months, I never went into the playtime settings. I always wondered what it was. Then, recently, I started getting the same notifications in the game that I am over my "unlimited. time was over the limit

If you are going to force users to use your app to play their game, then fix the bug if we have it set to unlimited, disabling it is ineffective and an insult to those of us who had supported this franchise before this version and the ea app was forced to play the Sims!
This is not fixed, it needs to be fixed, so focus on a bug many of us are experiencing in the game! I will gladly try to capture it but it pops up and goes away but has gotten more frequent. It sidetracks from the gameplay experience we have spent $100s of dollars supporting!!
This "DISABLE" WORK AROUND IS UNACCEPTABLE AND LAZY ON BEHALF OF EA AND THE SIMS!
