I can`t launch the game, I get an error : "To continue linking your EA Account, head back and start over." I tried to uninstall EA games and install from original site still the same problem, would y...

    If you linked your steam account before, you log in to your EA on the browser by steam account and it requires you to change the password, you will type your EA ID linked to steam and reset the password. Hope it will fix it for you

THIS IS THE ANSWER! THANK YOU!!!!

Now, why on earth they don't just say this is what needs to be done on the error screen is beyond me. I literally was playing something early this morning, then 7 hours later I couldn't launch from Steam. Empty cache, tried closing the ea background app, restart pc. Nope, needed to update pasword for some reason. 

Anyway, thank you so much!

    Do you know the answer for the epic games launcher? I bought fifa 23 today morning and now it tells me to head back and try again when i try to install the game

    Ja troquei a palavra passe e não aconteceu nada alguma ideia do que devo fazer ja fiz de tudo reinicia, desinstalei tudo e continua sempre a aparecer a mensagem

    thank you, i attempted to login through my browser and it told me that I needed to reset my password. easiest fix ever

        I'm having exactly the same problem. When I press the installation button in Battlefield 2042, which I bought from Epic, I get an error in the visuals and this has been going on for about 2 months and I have not been able to fix it.
