Transferred from Origin to EA, lost all DLCs

After transferring my game from Origin to EA app on Ventura 13.0, I have lost all of my purchased DLCs and expansion packs, such as College Life and Vintage Glamour. The only two exceptions being the holiday and seasons pack and the new Decoracion Vegetal pack. On the EA app, it shows that I own these DLCs in my game library, and I couldn't purchase them again. However, when I am trying to start a new game, none of the DLCs are available. When I am trying to load an old game, it also shows that "you need these packs to play normally". I have tried fixing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app and Sims 4, but nothing is really working. My Macbook uses M1 chip, if that information helps. And I definitely have enough storage space.
