Transferring Sims 4 purchases from one account to my actual account.

Hi there, so for a few years I have been sharing EA (previously origin) sims 4 account woth my little sisters login. Her login being; rosaleigh.21mcquoid@gmail.com 

I have proof of purchase of all expansion packs as I and my husband have been buying them over the years, my actual account is; terrisa111@hotmail.com 

I really need to have them transferred to my current account as my little sister is no longer active on EA and I am not able to access her account for myself. 

Is there a way I can obtain all of my hundreds of dollars worth of purchases back into my account. 

Please help
