@EA_Jason Hi. I don't think this is fixed, and may have been made worse. I don't think anyone's old save games will work with a fresh installation.
I do see all the DLC (again) in the EA Desktop App. I can install Dragon Age: Inquisition, and I see the game and the DLC being downloaded (including Trespasser).
I can start the game and get to the main menu, where I see continue, load etc. and multiplayer (which I think means at least one of the multiplayer DLCs is working?).
If I select 'Continue' to run with my old save, I get an error 'Unable to load save data as required downloadable content is missing. Please download the content again'. The error then lists 5 DLC ("Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon", "Dragon Age: Inquisition - The Descent", "The Black Emporium", "Spoils of the Avvar", "Dragon Age: Inquisition - Spoils of the Qunari").
There appears to be no way of the game reporting what DLC have been installed to its satisfaction. Or of getting the EA Desktop app to report what DLC it believes it has installed.
I started a new game and ran through to the point where I can access the character abilities screen. I do not see any of the Trespasser abilities available, but only those provided by the base game. I believe this means the Trespasser DLC is not active (despite me seeing it being downloaded), although it would be great if someone can confirm I should be seeing the additional Trespasser abilities at this point (I haven't played with Trespasser before).
So I think this means the EA Desktop App is downloading the DLCs, but some of them are not being installed to the locations required by the game or registered using correct names and they are not actually working. This also breaks old saves, as the game will refuse to load them because DLC available at the time the saves were made are no longer available.
