Nevermind, I got into contact with EA Support myself. And it was resolved as an account permissions issue.

@EA_Barry, Did you even read the issue I am having? I have a EA Copy of Battlefield 2042, I got from EA, That worked on Origin, ya know the launcher platform that EA had active from 2011 to 2022. I have 198 hours clocked on BF2042 via Origin. Since being forced to move to EA App, I have not been able to download let alone play the game I purchased. I want to play MY game that I spend MY MONEY on.
The links you posted in your last message do NOTHING to help the situation. One tells me where I can buy games from. The other tells me to go to the forums to ask for help because EA Wont.

i bought my game from a different place, but it was the code for the ea app, the new one. i have bought a code 2 times now, both times i have had the ea app accept the code. the game is on my library that was accepted by ea, the second code i have made a video for you tube if this isnt fixed in a reasonable time. hell it wont even download the battlefield game, it just says error. you customer support is terrible and feels designed to make people go away without a fix and that's if the person im talking too can even understand what i am saying.
why cant i play a game i bought from cd keys and onother third party? are you trying to tell people here not to buy the games outside ea app? If so wow otherwise plse fix your app as to many people over last 3 years have had this sAME ISSUE. INTERNET SEARCH TELLS ME THIS CLEARLY HAS AND IS A PROBLEM FOR EA APP.
Why would EA want to fix the issue? You see what the community managers have done here. They clearly do not care, as one popped in to say something dumb about where to buy our games and then pop out hasn't been back. I got my code from a friend, who got it from EA. Why would my code work on origin and I can play 198 hours and then as soon as I am forced to move to EA App I can no longer download something I own?
