Nevermind, I got into contact with EA Support myself. And it was resolved as an account permissions issue.
how did you get in contact with EA support yourself? is there a number you can call. im tired of jumping through hoops with these people
Navigate to help HQ and open a case as you normally would but do it for account issues. You will have to do this twice but keep the case open.
The first time you will be asked to do all the stupid first level self-help steps.
the second instance is where you actually get help.
I stated I might have been hacked it helps to have your code and/or receipt ready as you will be asked for it to prove you actually own what you say you do. Explain you think it is an account permissions issue and ask if they will open your account and make sure you have the permissions for your game. Also ask if they can force your account to have the permissions to have it. You will be sending several screenshots of your system info.
