Unable to download a majority of the games I have purchased

Summarize your bug When attempting to download games some will download however, a significant chunk of my games that I have purchased will get stuck on "preparing" and "calculating time" will not shop up, this will persist for a minute or two before the error: "Something went wrong with your download, please try again later." I have already done the following to attempt a fix: 1. Reinstall the EA App 2. Run the EA App as administrator 3. Add the EA app to my list of excluded app in my anti-virus 4. Lowered my security level on my windows defender 5. Changed my Download folder to a separate drive
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click the download button on any of the games I have purchased in my library.

What do you expect to see? The ability to download and play the games I have purchased from your company.
