Unable to download and play MELE and SW:Fallen Order

Hi @5622342r To confirm for MELE in the Epic client if you select install there instead of the EA App what happens?

For SW:JFO can you try verifying the game files inside of Steam and checking if the error continues? If so, have you changed your device since you last played?

well,there is no problem about downloading the MELE now,i am waiting for download complete to play it,but the SW:JFO still has problem after i verify the game files(no problem on the game files),and i did changed device to play it,would that cause problem?what should i do to fix it?

Well......now i finished download the MELE,but it's useless files, when the download finnished the app just begin to download the whole game files again,it's really upsetting that i use about 6 hours to wait for nothing in the end,and that's not all,when i go to the files position and want to edit it,it just disappear,which i do not know why,because i didn't find any deleting process on the computer,dozens of GB of game files just disapear like they never been download,then,when i return to the EA app and when I returned to the EA app and went to the game library, it told me, "The loading time is longer than usual, we are trying to solve the problem, please be patient." So I waited for half an hour, but it was of no use.All of this makes me feel extremely tired. I just want to play the game instead of being troubled by problems such as lost game files, download failures, incorrect game versions, etc. Besides, I still don't know how to solve the version problem of SW: JFO. However, I found its file location on my computer, and the folder name suffix is Origin. Is this helpful in solving the problem?
