Unable to download anything after uninstalling everything

Download GameWhen did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 23/03/21Summarize your bug I uninstalled three games: Star Wars Fallen Order, Sims 4 and Star Wars battlefront 2 in my own way which was removing and deleting every file about it. Now I cannot download anything?How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Delete every file and then try and download a gameWhat happens when the bug occurs? Just loading circle and nothing happensWhat do you expect to see? Asks where to download and click another button to download. ‌Fix this please I can't use this platform because nothing works!

You may have deleted a few too many files, please download and run the EA Desktop installer again:&nbsp;

Retry downloading and installing your games once EA Desktop is reinstalled.

@EA_Barry Barry, I've tried that several times to avail. I've triedalmost everything: Reinstall EA Desktop, Clear cache, restart my laptop. Do you have any other ideas?
