Unable to Download Games

I am experiencing an issue with the EA App where game downloads consistently fail. When I try to download a game, the process gets stuck at the "Preparing" stage for a while before eventually displaying a "There's a problem with your download" message. The rest of the app works fine—I can browse the store, access my library, and go online without any connection issues. The problem only happens when trying to download a game.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

- Cleared EA App cache (App Recovery)

- Reinstalled EA App

- Updated graphics and network drivers

- Updated Windows to the latest version

- Tried running the EA App as administrator

Nothing has worked so far, and I’m stuck. Would appreciate any help to fix this!
