12 months agoHey @lilone1976 , try to clear the EA app's cache to see if that helps: To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache.

I bought the Sweet Slumber Kit when I bought L&D Expansion. I have a receipt for both. Both downloaded to my game and I was able to play with them.
When I went back into the game later, the Sweet Slumber Kit said it was in my library, but it was NOT in my game.
Is this a glitch?

Update: I was given a refund for the Sweet Slumber Kit, and I went ahead and bought a new one.
Problem solved! 😊
