I just purchased ME:LE and I am having this issue! It's been a year since this thread and I am still having this issue? This Really needs to be sorted out! Especially when it's a game this expensive. I guess I'll try the Origin app and use that until it's shut down because it seem to be where I go whenever I have an issue with the EA app and it usually works.
here we are in 2024...this app is clearly flawed on some level. it's the only game i couldn't get to link through steam so i refunded it.
i bought it on EA to avoid the link and it refuses to even download. i'm in canada and the client doesn't allow me to change location so...i don't even know.
i've concluded, after both experiences, that whatever the download/app is trying to connect to cannot be completed.
i'm not knowledgeable in this field so i can't say if my side is blocked or the EA side is blocked but the signal
ain't gettin through.
update: the year is 2025...the collection is nearly 4 years old and still can't download.
