problem solved - not thanks to EA support, which seems to be dead. Because i found few similar requests for help without any reaction..... My friend told me to check registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Electronic Arts\ and delete EADesktop entry it fixed problem for me and app is finaly installed.
