Unable To Launch Anthem On EA App

I got a new computer and Downloaded the new EA App. I tried to install Anthem and play it and it give me the "Failed to Launch, The problem is on our side". After looking at multiple forums there does seem to be a fix, but it requires actually talking to their live support. I bought the Legion of Dawn version of the game when it came out and if I could talk to someone and have them downgrade it, it might work. At this moment though, EA has removed all live chat support. For paying customers, this is kinda crazy. You should talk to your paying customers.
