Unable to Login EA App

Question

Cannot log into EA Play App. I can sign into website no issues. Support can sign into my EA App login without problems.

Troubleshooting steps:

1.signed in with ID only

2. Reset password 10 times

3. uninstalled App

4.Did repair option on App

5. Cleared Cache and restarted PC

6. Used Admin only when starting App

7. Only have windows Defender and verified access allowed with EA App and also reset all defaults with firewall.

8. Connected with verizon hotspot for internet and tried logging in

No steps were able to resolve issue. Need help. I have full access to my account and email and phone number, updated all info through website. also my linked xbox accounts i have no access to and need those unlinked.

Because is a sh***y app. i did all the steps mentioned by u, the same result, nothing solved. They tried to replace origin, and all they did was this app that isn`t working right, since the begining. I have the same problems as you. Sent crash reports every time.

@Blacksnyper30 Ive even did another account sign in and no luck. Create new account option and still same issue....

@EnragedRPG Do you happen to have a windows user with spaces and/or special characters in it? I found out that bfv and EA app have difficulties because of it.

@EnragedRPG I had the same problem. I hard-reset my laptop and when i powered it back on, EA App started up right away and logged me in. If this is still an issue, perhaps this will help??
