Unable to open the EA app and unable to uninstall and reinstall

I keep trying to open the EA app but it will not let me. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but when i try to uninstall it says that the app is still open even though it is not. How can I fi...

    Hi,

    did you check task manager and closed all EA processes running ?

    A reboot is also a good idea and maybe choose the setting to not run EA App on windows start.
