I recently subscribed to xbox game pass and downloaded Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 on EA desktop. After a week from downloading the game (today) and 12 hours of playtime the EA app is asking me to download the game again even if i arleady had it downloaded. I arleady tried a couple of solutions that I found on the internet (including https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports-Technical-Issues/EA-Desktop-asking-to-download-already-installed-and-played-games/m-p/10387528/highlight/true#M3463 ) but none of them worked. My friend is having the same issue with the same game and we would both appreciate any help.

Community ManagerI wouldn't say that this is fixing the issue. I have 3 such games, and no more space to download them again.
Moreover, it takes a lot of time to download a game!
@EA_Leeuw Hello, i have the same issue EA Play asks me to re download the game that is already installed. When i manually run the game from the folder the application gives another error that says '' this title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or resart the app to try it again''. When i try to download the game there is an another arror that says '' There was a slight hiccup and we couldn't finish installing FIFA 21. Restart your PC and try again.'' I also tried to re-install the EA play application but that did not work. I have tried all of these ''https://help.ea.com/ar-sa/help/ea/ea-desktop/troubleshoot-game-download-install-load-issues/'' methods and none of them worked.
