We could not activate Madden NFL 26

I purchased my game through steam. EA App identifies the game purchased from steam. I did purchase the EA Play on the EA App because it did not recognize my EA Play subscription via GAME PASS on XBox. Now that 1 month "subscription" has expired. And it doesn't let me play the game I purchased and it knows I purchased. Please help resolve this issue.
