Unable to play purchased game. Getting Error Message "There was a slight hiccup"

    Hey all, if seeing this issue you can generally fix it by starting to download any free EA game such as Apex Legends. Once the download has started stop it and then try your other games.

OK I fixed the issue
basically I had to download the game again lmao

didnt lose any progress/data
suprised I didnt think about it before

      @EA_Leeuw Hi I'm having the same issue but I've deleted the files but still won't let me download just says there is a slight hiccup and we couldn't finish installing fifa 21.restart your pc and try again I've done this but still nothing I'm stuck and don't know what to do

    I wouldn't say that this is fixing the issue. I have 3 such games, and no more space to download them again.

    Moreover, it takes a lot of time to download a game!
