So there currently is an issue with the EA Desktop app where something you can't select different drives to download games on while wanting to download a certain game. This could potentially be related to your issue, where the EA Desktop app can no longer find said games because they're maybe installed on another internal drive?
When you manually search for the game that's installed on your C drive or the other drives, are the files still there? And if so, how many GBs are those folders?
@EA_LeeuwThe game that is installed on C:drive is "The Way Out. The files are still there: 21GB.

Can you try one thing?
When the EA App asks you to download the game again, please do so and manually point the install direction of the download to the folder where the game is currently download/installed on. Can you see if it actually indeed 100% fully wants to redownload the game? Of it is maybe speeds up itself and shows that it's downloading, but maybe actually performing a file scan instead?- 4 years ago@EA_Leeuw It is not allowing me to click next while downloading, because the total space I have on C:drive is now less than 21GB. I already have some other programs installed on C: that I can't uninstall.
- 4 years ago@EA_Leeuw The only way for me to reinstall the game is to do it on another directory/removing the previously installed files. I am worried with these options I will lose my progress.

@Budgie7455880, alright so you can try my method because your C drive doesn't have enough free space? Hmm, that's unfortunate. Regarding the "There was a slight hiccup and we couldn't finish installing" message, this is indeed something that our team is investigating. It all could be related.
Would it maybe be possible to post an EA Desktop Error Report to help the teams with their investigation regarding this error message?

In the meantime; unfortunately, I think that there's isn't a workaround for the specific issue that you're facing at the moment. The best thing you can do in this case is to manually remove the game from your PC and see if you can install it again.
