    Hey all, if seeing this issue you can generally fix it by starting to download any free EA game such as Apex Legends. Once the download has started stop it and then try your other games.

@Budgie7455880, alright, so that should still be the full game.

Odd situation indeed.

Can you try one thing?

When the EA App asks you to download the game again, please do so and manually point the install direction of the download to the folder where the game is currently download/installed on. Can you see if it actually indeed 100% fully wants to redownload the game? Of it is maybe speeds up itself and shows that it's downloading, but maybe actually performing a file scan instead?

@EA_Leeuw The only way for me to reinstall the game is to do it on another directory/removing the previously installed files. I am worried with these options I will lose my progress.
