I cannot download any games. When I click the download button, I get this popup "Unable to install. There was a hiccup and couldn't finish install (the game). restart your PC and start again. I have restarted my PC and get the same, I have uninstalled the EA App and reinstalled and get the same.
Originally I had issues with my sons account being linked to my xbox account... and these games I am trying to download were already installed to my computer. We removed the link and I added mine. This was fine. When I tried to play the games, it wanted me to download them again. So I uninstalled the games so that they could be re-installed. Now I can't install anything. Is there some waiting period after linking accounts? I just getting irritated with the lack of help and all the bugs since I began this.

I've seen this pop up a couple times recently. Can you try starting the download on a free-to-play title like Apex Legends?
You don't need to let the download complete, but starting the download on a free title before canceling it and then trying to re-install one of the games from your library should help out.
Let me know how that goes if you get a chance to try it out!
