Hi everyone:
I have EA Play through Xbox Game Pass for PC, but when I try to download Squadrons I get this message:
Unable to install
There was a slight hiccup and we couldn’t finish installing STAR WARS™: Squadrons. Restart your PC and try again.
I've tried restarting my PC, relogging, uninstalling and installing the app... Nothing has worked. I don't have this problem with other games.
However, I think I know what is going on. The app says "You own this game" when I do not, while for every other EA Play games it says "Included with your EA Play membership". I gifted Squadrons to a friend months ago, so I suspect that's what causing this bug.
Is there anything I can do other than wait for an update? I'd love to be able to play Squadrons.
Thanks!

@DeafMurloc I've got the work-around "solution" inspired by other user's comment below: Change the install location to Hard disk root location. For example C:\ for internal drive or E:\ (or what ever drive letter assigned) for an external drive. Don't put under a parent folder "\EA Games"
