Unable to Receive Verification Code – Email Address Has Never Existed

Hello,

Years ago, I signed up for an EA account using an email address that does not actually exist. Despite this, I was able to use the account for many years without any issues.

Recently, when I try to sign in via the EA App, the system sends a verification code to this email address. Since the email address is not valid, I cannot receive the code and therefore cannot verify my account. I even created a real email address matching the same name, but I still cannot receive the verification email.

This account contains almost the entire Battlefield series, and my Steam and Epic Games accounts are linked to it. I believe these linked accounts could be used to verify that I am the rightful owner.

Could you please connect me with an authorized representative who can assist me in recovering access to my account?
