Not sure what I'm doing wrong. The EA app keeps saying "Your order could not be completed". Is it a server issue or am I trying to redeem my code in the wrong place?
Have you tried to use the code while making a purchase? I believe the code is for a $5 discount whenever you want to buy a Sims pack, so it may need to be used while you're trying to purchase a pack, and not as a regular game code 🤔
Do you know how long the promo code will remain active? and what are the parameters? These things should have been stated.
I tried to use my code when making a purchase but it wouldn't let me. Did it work for anyone on a pre-order?
I got the same code and i can't redeem it. If i try to buy the latest pack checkout says: "This promo code is not applicable to one or more items in your shopping cart. Please ensure your shopping cart contains only eligible items to use this promo code."
Therefore the survey said the code is for a 4€ top up to your account, not specifically to buy the sims content. (i already have every pack except for the new one)

I am having this same issue. I talked to someone from EA about it and he told me "They are working on it." That doesn't help me now when I am trying to buy one of the Sims 4 expansion packs on sale. This email came out 2 weeks ago and they are still working on it? I asked if I could get $5 added to my wallet and he said I had to wait.. That was so helpful...
