Unable to remove friends from Ea Account

I was just told by Ea chat to post my issue here.

Have had my ea account well over 10 years, started recently playing and cannot remove old inactive friends off the ea app. They either show a picture or no picture. When trying to click on a person nothing will happen to remove/block them.

Also tried going under my username drop down>My profile>friends i can click on the person there but then i get the pop up they dont have any games yet.

Support said its a bug and to report it.

Im running windows 11 if that helps. not sure what other info to report.
