I am just trying to use my gift cards that I uploaded, and I cannot see an option to use my EA App. I have tried to add my EA wallet from the website, and it is not showing up either. As well as I did a chat with a rep and still no luck.
Clarebear2694 You should be able to see the information on ea.com, under Account Settings > Payment Methods. Inside the EA App, you can pretend like you want to buy something and choose to put your EA Wallet funds towards the purchase. You don't have to pay.
Hello! @puzzleaddict. I have tried using the app and the website and there is no choice to put find or use my EA wallet let alone use my gift cards. Is there another way to potentially see them? Thanks!
Clarebear2694 What do you see under Account Settings > Payment methods? I see my wallet balance right at the top and also the option to add more funds. If you don't, do you happen to have an underage account? I'm not asking how old you are; you can just say yes or no.
If that's not the issue, what country are you in, and are you using a VPN? It's possible some regions have restrictions on EA Wallet funds.
