Clarebear2694 What do you see under Account Settings > Payment methods? I see my wallet balance right at the top and also the option to add more funds. If you don't, do you happen to have an underage account? I'm not asking how old you are; you can just say yes or no.
If that's not the issue, what country are you in, and are you using a VPN? It's possible some regions have restrictions on EA Wallet funds.
