Unable to select language on install in EA App in many games, but able in Origin

After updgrading Origin to EA App, it's unable to select language on the game install (for many games). For example, Command & Conquier 3,4, and Red alert 3: in the EA App only english language is available, while Origin had more than 5 languages to select.

This issue from the begining of EA App, but before the support gave me link for Origin app that worked. Now, the Origin app does not work anymore and this issue still is not resolved in EA app.

How to workaround this bug?
