Unauthorized Account
My friend is trying to sign up for the EA desktop beta but he keeps getting unauthorized account when signing up. Any ideas why?

Been on the beta for about a week, was playing apex and stuff running fine.
Come online today and ive been unauthorised and signed out?
whenever I try to log back in it gives me the same error
I only have this ea account so i dont understand whats happened?
For several hours there was a problem with all the servers and you could not log and in through Origin.
Is it currently fixed? If so, im still getting the unauthorised message

Got e-mail confirmation for download and cannot login.
I just installed EA Desktop and its telling me that i've signed in with an unauthorised account
