unknown error when updating sims 4
I keep getting the following message when updating Sims 4.
EA says they are working on it, but that has been 1,5 week now and no update on whether they know more about the issue or not. They only tell me that there are more people with this issue.
When the download is canceled by the EA app itself it says:
Paused 102%
Tried everything EA HELP told me to do but nothing works, anyone who has the same issue?
I can't play the Sims 4 unless I update it...
