Unlocking a Steam Game

Title: STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order

I just purchased an EA Title on Steam Autumn sale: STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order. When I attempted to launch the title, it required me to make an EA account, which I did. During the account creation, I linked the account to the Steam account where I purchased Fallen Order. Yet when I attempt to play the title it says I don't have it in my library. My EA account library says I have no titles. 

If I attempt to log in to my EA account using the Steam link, which requires logging into the website interface for both Steam and EA and approving EA using my steam ID, it still shows my library as empty. 

I did a quick search of the knowledge base and found the following unhelpful suggestions:

Log out of everything and log back in (No such luck, tried it twice).

Shutdown the machine completely (Again, no joy)

Logged out of EA, closed the app, and tried running through Steam, and logging in that way.  (Nothing good).

Any advice would be helpful.
