Hi! About a week ago I asked for help because your app is not working properly. I keep getting a connection failed error and as a result I can't see my friends list in the app. In the game fc 26, when I press RT on my xbox series x controller I can see my friends, players I've played with, etc., but when I select the option to view a player's profile I can't see anything. I can't see any of my friends in the app. I've already reinstalled the ea app using revo uninstaller (deep clean), and also deleted everything related to the ea app using reg edit. I also sent an ea error reporter id where I explained everything I'm explaining here now. So since I haven't received any answers I created this topic to find out - when will I be able to use the ea app to fully enjoy the fc 26 game I purchased?

They won't care and trust me I had been creating tickets and putting up mails for the last two weeks non-stop and not even a single person cared to look into this issue. We pay for a game which doesn't work and beg them to fix the mistakes that they made, ridiculous!
