I have raised an issue : number : 32938253-59cb-4797-a8ab-b797abe2b72d

Does anyone know how to fix this issue ? 

I have done the basic troubleshooting but its not working for me .

    Same, I've also raised concern but no solution yet. I feel like I wasted money on buying the game while the EA app is very bad.
