The EA app team has recently implemented updates that should resolve most -- if not all -- instances of the blank friends list issue.
If you previously reported this problem here, are you still experiencing it?
yes, we are still experiencing it. All the other apps like steam, epic games, ubisoft connect works, BUT the friends list on EA app only shows if I use a VPN.
Community ManagerIf it only works while you’re connected to a VPN and not on your regular connection, that indicates the issue isn’t with the EA app itself. It points to something on your local network or with your ISP blocking the connection. Unfortunately, that’s outside of our control.
