Update email on Ea Account

Good day to all, I hope, pray, and beg that there is someone somewhere who can judge my situation accordingly and bring me to the conclusion of sought for over 10 years now. 
To offer full understanding, My Dad bought an Xbox in 2014. In that year he set it up using his information, most specifically, with his email. Some time afterwards, he deleted the email he used to create the accounts he made when setting up the Xbox. Still, I have been using the original accounts he made when he first set up the Xbox ever since.
My issue now is that I want to link the progress of those accounts, more specifically my ea account onto other devices such as my Nintendo Switch, so that I can play my favorite games with the progress I’ve had since the beginning. However, because the email which was used to make the ea account way back in 2014 was deleted and can no longer be accessed, I have no way to verify my access and ownership of the ea account. 
Now I’ve tried to take my issue through troubleshooting and live chats with Ea advisors and help teams. However, for at least 5 years they have told me for security reasons they cannot help me change the deleted email to an email I have access to.

I now want to make this very clear, “I do not have an issue with the security system and policy of EA”. I completely understand the measures you take to keep confidential information confidential. However I do not understand why/ how I can provide EA ID, Account owners Date of Birth, Card Information, Adress, IP, even the name of the email which is no longer in use, and still cannot be permitted access to simply change the email on the account, that I actively use, to an email that I can access.

I was told by an EA advisor in a live chat that though they understand the detriment of my issue, it is out of their hands to offer me aid as it goes against the policy which they cannot mold or bend. They just recently told me that if I created a post on this Concern Forum that someone from the Concern team would be able to at least look into it and offer me some sort of assistance.

So with all this said, I would like to transfer my inquiry to someone who has the ability to assist me. I’m not asking for a miracle. I’m not asking for anyone to do something contract detrimental that will cause them to lose their job. I am simply asking that someone with the ability to look at all the undeniable proof of my ownership of the account to help me update the email to one that I have access to so that I can finally indulge in the full amenities and experience of someone who has an EA account.

    unfortunately, we cannot help with account issues like this here in the forum. If the advisors have said that the information is wrong, then there's unfortunately nothing to be done. Either some of the information you have given is incorrect or maybe while setting up the account, your father made a typo. In any way, it's not possible for advisors to bypass the system and we here in the forum have no access to accounts.
