Used redeem code but didn't get the game

Redeemed code for Madden 24 and didn't get the game but when I try using the code again it says it's already been redeemed. It doesn't show in my library and I tried logging in to another computer with the game already installed and it said I don't have access.

    Hi, I purchased the game and entered the activation code to redeem the title. The code was accepted yet the title isn't showing up in EA Play and keeps asking me to buy it. Now when i enter activation code again it says that it has already been activated. Can you help me?
