this is what I am getting, have repaired through ea app. That didn't work. I uninstalled Sims 4 and EA and then reinstalled it. That didn't work either. Please help me.
aukjeleermakers Did you claim Jungle Adventure through Epic? If so, this is by design: any content you own in Epic is only supposed to be available in Windows, not in macOS. The fact that it worked in Origin was a fluke, not deliberate.

Well, that is a bit strange. I bought a game and can’t play it. I just want in to work or get my money back.

I am not sure, I guess I bought it through Origin
aukjeleermakers Please look through your Order History on ea.com, and also look for an email receipt. It's possible if you both bought the pack and claimed it through Epic, the Epic version could have superceded the copy you got from EA. Or it's possible that you're somehow missing the entitlement for the pack. But if you're going to get this fixed, which would likely require a chat with EA support, you may need to be able to provide proof of the original purchase.

I have bought it through either EA or Origin. It shows up in my add ons but I cannot Downlaod it to play it
