Why am I downloading at 2 mb/sec?

Can someone please help me. I'm trying to download Battlefront 2 and the fastest speed I'm getting is 2mb/sec. I ran a speed test and I'm getting over 350mb/sec.  I have tried all solutions I have found and nothing is working. Thanks
