Why can't I bundle and save

When I first tried bundle and save it didn't allow me to buy it because my spending budget was too low, the second time I tried it with something that was in the spending budget, it didn't allow me to buy it, I checked if the card was locked, but it was not. and that was like a week ago.

Now it says 'Warning' 'whoops something when wrong. check back soon.' 

it literally won't let me bundle and save, I can't go onto it or anything, and I'm trying to search on what the problem is but I can't find anything. 

I've tried repairing the game, I've tried logging out and logging in, and waiting and checking back soon is a waste of time and I just don't know what the problem is.

Is there something I can try, or is there somewhere with an answer to the problem? I'm just frustrated and I'll have to wait till the next sale now.
